Many of you know I HATE HGTV -- I think it makes our jobs as real estate professionals all the more difficult by making everyone an "expert" and portraying real estate agents typically as greedy nincompoops. But, I have been enlightened! Yesterday as I waited for an appointment to begin, HGTV was on in the lobby of the business where I sat. The real estate agent was helping some folks in England in their home search. Not only did he listen to them, give them a lot of time, and maintain a very professional but kind countenance, he was the one that found them the home they ultimately ended up choosing. Well wonders never cease! (Sarcasm intended...)
