There has been a lot of press lately about our joining Keller Williams and bringing a hometown office right here to Winston-Salem. This is BIG news among local Realtors, but it is also very beneficial to you as the consumer. So, why the hype?
Keller Williams is the #1 franchise in North America. It is an agent run company, which means the agents are shareholders. While Keller Williams International of course has guidelines we have to follow, on a local level, marketing is determined by the agents. What works in Omaha may not work in our market here. At KW, we have the option and the right to tweak our marketing to fit this particular marker, and further, your particular home.
This is a BIG deal. My former company, while a wonderful company in so many respects, really had a one size fits all mentality to marketing homes. It didn't matter where they were, what style, age, etc. The same parameters and guidelines were given to homes here as homes in RTP. The Triad and RTP are very very different, so the marketing and methods need to be as well. At KW, this is possible!
